The Nguyen family is originally from Siagon, Vietnam, and came to the United States in 1990. They lived in North Carolina, Virginia Beach and Denver before settling in Steamboat Springs. In an effort to share their culture with their community, the Nguyens opened Noodles & More in Steamboat in 2005.
